Because Alfreds Mugs are custom-painted to your pet, you have 48 hours from order placement to cancel or change details — after that we've usually started sculpting and cannot refund.

To cancel within the window, email Alfredsmugspuppy@gmail.com with your order number.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
